Submissions Guidelines For Magazine

Categories Accepted:

• New Born 10 days to 1 year
• Kids - 2 years to 6 years
• Maternity
• Dance (Kids only) upto 10 years

Image Requirements:

• 4-6 images of the same set are required
• Must be exclusive and unpublished
• Should not have any watermark or branding
• Format: JPG
• Color Profile: sRGB
• Dimensions:
  • Portrait: 8.5 × 11 aspect ratio, 300 dpi (2550 × 3300 px, minimum)
  • Landscape: 11 × 8.5 aspect ratio, 300 dpi (3300 × 2550 px, minimum)

To submit your image(s) for publication, there are three ways:

• Follow our page on Facebook and post your image in the comment section of a submission call post from us. Find this post at top of our Facebook feed. If we accept your image(s), we will reply on the comment where you will be asked to send us the images over email with Subject: Facebook Selection
• Follow our page on Instagram and submit your images by tagging @tiniesmagazine and using hashtag #tiniesmagazine on the Instagram posts. If we accept your image(s), we will comment on the post or send a direct message to your Instagram account where you will be asked to send us the images over email with Subject: Instagram Selection
• You can directly apply for submission via email with Subject: Open Submission. If we accept your image(s), we will reply back with the confirmation of the same.

Send your images via email to editortiniesmagazine@gmail.com and copy the email template from below

• Use dropbox or google drive folders for large images or complete photoshoot set. Provide a link to these in your email and open up security of the links/folders so that we can download. Alternatively, you can attach the images to the email based on email size.
• We provide credits to child, photographers and HMUA(if applicable) only. Any props & location references is not provided.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• There is no transaction fee/charge in getting published in the magazine.
• Make sure you have permission to publish from all the photographers/retouch/agency and guardians/parents of the baby involved.It is a must for publishing images in our magazine
• Following credits will be mentioned in the magazine: Name of the Baby, Name & Instagram Username of the Photographer, Agency and HMUA.
• Make sure the creative credits are correct & final. Any changes to the Credits after issue release is chargeable.
• Open Submissions are only considered accepted when we respond back on the email confirming the same.
• Submissions will only be considered when followed using our email template.
• We will provide free digital tearsheets and promote your work on our social media channels whenever possible. We do not provide free/complimentary copies of the issue.

• to publish in print and online
• to publish it on social media.

I consent to indemnify Tinies Magazine against any claim, demand, action, suit, or other proceedings against TINIES Magazine arising out of the use of the photograph and related to any false or inaccurate statement.
